Claims to be from cigno loans saying your loan has been approved when I never even applied, I contacted cigno loans because I&#039;ve used them before and they said the number is not there number or affiliated with them at all. Seen alot of people on Google and Facebook also having scam msgs from this number, these ppl need to be stopped
