Who knows what company they’re from & what their purpose is which is why we’re reporting it. Without VM’s or letters, we really do not know & even when they do speak, they are vague. And all the letters I’ve seen from collection agencies are vague as well even when they do send something in the mail. But who answers the phone to an unknown caller in the first place. Even when there is a name or supposed business on the caller ID, it’s never advisable to answer unfamiliar calls.
